Can anyone tell me what is article submission in the directories? How can i submit my article and tell me some of the good directories to submit my articles. Also kindly tell me the benefits of submission.

First you have to write articles which concentrates on general topics and the topics related to your site and at the end of the article mention your site address or the product you are selling and submit them to article sites like helium , ezine etc. After submission people who are really interested in your article would certainly visit your site and further if you are site link is hosted on other sites like ezine, it would greatly improve your page ranking.
