There is no one best method that works for every business in every industry in every area.  You are going to have to give some specifics about your business before you will get any meaningful advice.  Plus, to make it even harder (LOL), one technique doesn't always work the same exact way for each person.  A lot of it will be trial and error and always testing to see the results.

I think it depends upon the site or product which you are going to advertise. Further there is never a thing called as the best because everything that have been done are due to acquiring experience and most of the advertisements doesn't costs much if they are planned and executed efficiently.

That is a loaded question.  There's a lot of things that are effective online as far as advertising. Since I don't know your goals, it is difficult to pinpoint one specific strategy over another one.  What I can say is that you should test and test often. That will let you know which advertising is effective and which one isn't. I hope that helped you.

That's a tough question because adversting is not an exact science.  If you had enough time and money, you could try different things until you find the right method.  For now, identify exactly what you are selling and to whom you want to sell it to.  Start with word of mouth and then let it grow from there.  Always remember friends and family as your initial customers.

That has definitely been a tough one for me. I just want to spend money on what works, but sometimes you have to fail before you can find what works...

I'm not the great expert but I'm sure that the best thing for you to do is to ask for the professional advice from the solid and dependable company. But you must be prepared to inform this company about your ideas of your future business.

The easiest way to do this is by leaving everything in the bank. Withdraw all of your fun money in cash, and leave your debit card  at home. Use the cash for anything you want, just make sure you make it last until your next paycheck. You might not want to carry it on you all at once, but having physical cash will help you keep better track of your fun money than using a card. You can also opt to pay for a fraction of something that isn't going to be due until after the next paycheck.
