Anyone have an idea on how much keywords should be used in a SEO text. As there is no clear rule on how much of keywords should be used. I generally think that around 3 to 4 keywords have to be used in a SEO paragraph. What is your take on this.

When you say SEO paragraph are you referring to the meta tag description? Or is there something else you are asking about? I just want to make sure I give you the best answer.

If you mean keyword density in a single article, it is less than you think at least for Google.  Google is placing more emphasis on related keywords and the context these days so you don't need a keyword stuffed article.  I find 1-2% works great and the article will be much more readable to the human behind the screen.
